MY STORY

Just a few years ago, I was caught in the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles, spending 4 hours a day behind the wheel, exhausted, and giving all my time to others. Underneath the surface, I felt insecure and unsatisfied with life, yet I pretended everything was fine. The worst part? I thought that was what life was supposed to be.

So, what changed? Once the COVID restrictions were lifted, I traveled to Costa Rica to visit family. Surrounded by love and beauty, I found constant reminders that life is short. I kept asking myself, “Am I really living the life I want?” I’d always been afraid of change and complacent with “good enough.” But now, for the first time, I asked myself, “What if good enough isn’t enough?”

On the final night of our trip, I told my husband I needed a change. I didn’t want to return to that disconnected life in the city, just surviving day to day. I wanted to thrive. I deserved to thrive. And so, we decided to leave Los Angeles and move to Costa Rica.

That decision became the catalyst for my transformation. Pushing myself out of my comfort zone allowed me to discover new things about myself. I immersed myself in holistic therapies like breathwork and meditation and made non-negotiables of healthy eating and daily exercise. This long-overdue journey led me to a place of genuine self-love and confidence, replacing the facade I’d maintained for years. As I grew into my authentic self, my relationships with others deepened and strengthened.

I also found my purpose: helping women embark on their own journeys of self-discovery. I can’t wait to share this experience with you.

With a 200-hour Yoga certification, including training in meditation and breathwork, along with certifications in Pilates, Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, and Health Coaching, I bring a holistic approach to wellness. These practices, combined with my life experience and devotion to personal growth, allow me to guide you in transforming into your best self. Together, we’ll explore the power of movement, mindfulness, and nourishment to create lasting change.
